Delivery Information

Delivery time: 

We always do our utmost to ship your order as soon as possible with the utmost care. Usually we deliver from our own stock but also directly ex works deliveries are possible. 

For 85% of the orders, these are delivered within 4 working days, 50% of these deliveries are already delivered within 2 working days. Depending on your desired print run and/or product group, we guarantee deliveries within 10 to 14 working days at the latest. Exceptions are customization. 

Order confirmation and delivery time 

If you place an order in our webshop, you will automatically receive an email with your order details and then an email with a final order confirmation with the planned delivery date. Eventually you will receive the track and trace data directly from the shipping company. 

Delivery costs 

The delivery will be sent to the shipping address you provided. charges for delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxenburg fixed delivery costs of € 12.50 Deliveries over € 1000.00 Net will be delivered carriage paid.


After sending your order you will receive the invoice. Please pay our invoice within 14 days. For returning customers we offer a flexible payment term which is linked to your account. 


It can always happen that a product does not 100% meet your expectations. If you wish to return a product, please contact in advance by e-mail ( or telephone (+31(0)71 361 1628). Would you like to do this as soon as possible after delivery, at the latest 8 days after the delivery date. 

Return deliveries must always be provided with a return form and reference as order number and received RMA code. The return goods must be packed properly and according to the correct conditions. The costs (shipping / transport) are at the expense of the customer, except for returns that relate to an incorrect shipment from or in case of a defective article or manufacturing error. 

We apply the following conditions for returns:

- The goods are delivered by 

- Shipments without an order and / or RMA number and / or without a return form will not be processed. 

- Articles that are custom made or specially ordered for you can not be returned. 

- Returns must be uninterrupted, in original packaging and undamaged. 

- Pack the return items in a box to prevent damage during transport. 

- Handle the packaging of an article with care. Do not write any texts and do not stick stickers or tape on the article or on the packaging. 

- Problems with the shipment at or by the company that takes care of the shipment to, are at the risk of the customer. Therefore, always keep your proof of shipment with track and trace data.
